The MultiTec is the smallest of Waldrich Coburg’s CNC vertical mills, profiling similarly to our TAURUS vertical machining centers but with a fully customizable design to suit more specialized requirements. Dimensionally, it can be scaled up or down to fit your parts. Operationally, it can be equipped with a host of features and components for optimum functionality.

How the MultiTec Portal Milling Machine Offers Multiple Solutions
Customizability.
The MultiTec portal milling machine can be equipped with a fixed or height-adjustable crossrail, a single or double table or a pallet design, an integrated rotary table, and interchangeable spindle units. Alternate 3 + 2 axis or full five-axis options are also available.
Scalability.
MultiTec’s length, width, and height can all be adjusted to fit your facility and your application. Its diverse uses have included machine tools, general machining, and manufacture of diesel engines, construction equipment, press frames, and shipbuilding components.
Durability.
As with all Waldrich Coburg CNC vertical mills, the MultiTec is built to last. Its sturdy cast iron construction is made to stand up to demanding manufacturing environments. Hydrostatic guideways maintain fluid operation with virtually no wear and tear.
